L.A. Day’s writing is a dream to read. It truly is. Some of the passages are so funny that they made me laugh out loud. One simply knows that Mav will be heating up the sheets and I have to say that Ms. Day outdid herself in that area as well. The love scenes are hot, hot, hot! From beginning to end I was highly entertained. Kari is innocent yet possesses a strong will and the manner in which she dealt with Mav's deception was commendable. Mav's possessive streak is sexy and arousing and definitely catapults him into the make-your-pulse-race-and-panties-wet category. When they're together, the steam literally rolls off the pages.
